Pontiac School started a cooking club for students on Monday. We've had a lot of interest and we've had to break the group up into Grade groups. Each Monday we have a different grade. Students have enjoyed making pizza puffs, cookies, etc., We’ve introduced cooking safety tips and have them incorporate food safety practices. Students are enjoying the cooking club and they are actively involved in the measuring and mixing of ingredients. All recipes are provided to the students so they can become cooks or helpers in their home kitchens.
